Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a dynamic caseload of clients, establishing rapport and positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and confidentiality.
• Conduct regular sessions to monitor client progress, address any concerns, and ensure therapeutic goals are being achieved.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate person-centered treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, ensuring compliance with clinical and legal standards.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to establish presenting issues, diagnosis, and treatment paths for clients seeking support.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client population includes a diverse range of individuals from various backgrounds, featuring both adults and children. We provide specialized care to those existing within our community who may face challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.
• Current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in the state of Georgia.
• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, exhibiting practical knowledge and familiarity with common therapeutic modalities.
• Comfort and proficiency with computer systems, including but not limited to Excel spreadsheets, Practice Management Systems (PMS), and electronic health records.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with additional certification in specialized treatment methodologies (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR) or prior experience in working with specific populations (e.g., children, trauma survivors) will be highly regarded. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote client engagement strategies is also beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to USD 90,000, based on experience and qualifications, under a fee-for-service model. Benefits include:
