Join the Arbor Day Foundation as aย Corporate Partnershipย Operations Coordinator. This roleย is responsible forย managing the operational and administrative aspects of corporate partnerships including invoicing, Impact Dashboardย (partner impact reporting and engagement platform),ย operations, partner setup, and reporting. This role ensuresย accurateย data flow, quality assurance, andย timelyย delivery of partner commitments while supporting internal teams andย maintainingย service excellence.ย

Whatย youโ€™llย do:ย ย 

As a key operational partner for the Corporate Partnerships team, you will:ย 

  • Coordinate invoicingย for all corporate partners, ensuring accuracy through data verification andย timelyย corrections.ย 
  • Set up and launch new partners in our systems, assign member numbers, request project codes, update partner information online, and launch them on the Impact Dashboard. You will collaborate with Marketing toย maintainย updated partner lists.ย 
  • Oversee Impact Dashboard operationsย by tracking all product participation flows, processing event copy requests, and resolving errors to ensure seamless partner experiences.ย ย 
  • Generate reports and manage documentationย for all corporate partners, build CRM dashboards, and provide data support for Corporate Partnership leaders.ย 
  • Conduct quality assuranceย and resolve issues by checking for accuracy, troubleshooting errors, and recommending process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and data integrity.ย 
  • General team support and coordinationย of team events, meetings, and offsites alongside Corporate Partnerships leadership.

  • Invoices areย accurateย and delivered on time.ย 
  • New partners are onboarded efficiently, with all systems updated correctly.ย 
  • Impact Dashboard operations run smoothly, with minimal errors.ย 
  • Reports and dashboards provide actionable insights for partnership leaders.ย 
  • Partners experience seamless interactions, and internal teams feel supported and confident in operational processes.
  • Continuous improvements areย identifiedย and implemented to increase operational efficiency.ย

Youโ€™llย report toย Seniorย Operations Manager. You will collaborate withย Corporate Partnerships, Project Development, Accounting, & Technologyย  ย 

Days and Location:ย ย 

Location: Lincoln, Nebraskaย 
Schedule:ย In-office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday; optional remote work on Wednesday and Friday. Office hours are 8am to 5pmย ย
