Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ psychological, social, and emotional needs to create individualized treatment plans suited to their unique circumstances.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions and monitor progress to ensure positive outcomes for clients.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and confidential documentation in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Collaborate effectively with a dedicated treatment team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and care coordinators, to design and adjust treatment strategies.
• Stay informed on the latest developments in mental health practices and integrate new findings into therapy sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
