Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient intakes, focusing on diagnostic and functional evaluations, and craft actionable recommendations for primary care providers.

  • Collaborate with primary care providers to identify patients in need of specialized mental health services, making informed referrals as necessary.
  • Initiate and conduct follow-up evaluations to assess patient progress, adjusting treatment approaches in collaboration with other health professionals.
  • Assist in developing relapse prevention plans and strategies for patients at risk, ensuring sustained stability in their mental health.
  • Document patient progress meticulously in treatment charts, keeping primary care providers updated on patient needs and treatment outcomes.
  • Work proactively in promoting healthier lifestyle choices among patients, particularly those with comorbid physical disorders.
  • Support patients in adhering to treatment plans prescribed by primary care providers, offering educational resources and coping strategies.
  • Consult with the clinic management and team members on behavioral services, contributing insights for program evaluation and improvement.
  • Uphold the highest ethical standards in clinical practice and carry out additional duties as assigned.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The LPC will engage with a diverse range of patients, many of whom face complex challenges stemming from mental health issues, socio-economic factors, and systemic barriers. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 87,000 to 105,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
