• Perform thorough mental health assessments to understand clients' histories and current challenges, formulating individualized treatment plans based on their needs.
• Administer evidence-based therapy techniques through our telehealth systems, adapting approaches to suit each client's unique goals and preferences.
• Engage in active collaboration with clients to set and review therapeutic objectives, providing continual encouragement and adjustment of strategies as necessary.
• Implement a diverse array of therapeutic methods, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions, to best serve the client population.
• Maintain comprehensive and precise documentation of each therapy session and monitor client progress regularly, utilizing our integrated electronic health record system to facilitate workflow.

Your role will involve working with a diverse client base, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. We prioritize inclusivity and work with clients from various cultural and socio-economic backgrounds, ensuring that each person receives individualized care tailored to their unique circumstances. Your sensitivity and understanding in addressing these challenges can significantly impact their mental health journey.

• Possession of a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; further education such as a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, enabling you to establish meaningful connections with clients from remote settings.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a client-centered approach in addressing clients' needs and concerns.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to effectively navigate a remote work environment.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience providing mental health therapy in a private practice, community agency, or hospital setting.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records is highly desirable to facilitate efficient remote service delivery.
• Experience in developing treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based methodologies tailored to specific client populations.

• An attractive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with caseload and experience.
