Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate client needs, risks, and therapeutic goals.
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices, ensuring that interventions are tailored specifically to each client.
• Provide effective therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and other modalities, to address mental health challenges.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and case managers, to deliver coordinated, holistic care.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer reviews to enhance treatment efficacy and share insights on best practices.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health topics, treatment options, and coping strategies to empower them throughout their recovery journeys.
• Stay current with the latest research and developments in the field to continually improve therapeutic outcomes and clinic services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and various emotional challenges. Our clinic serves a broad demographic, which includes children, families, and adults from varied cultural backgrounds. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current, valid LCSW license to practice in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience with a specialization in psychotherapy.

• Annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
