Key Responsibilities

As a Remote LCSW with Gotham Enterprises, you will undertake various responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate patients' mental health status and developing personalized treatment plans tailored to each individualโ€™s needs.
  • Implementing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to provide effective support and interventions.
  • Documenting patient sessions and treatment progress meticulously to maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and company standards.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure integrated and holistic care for our patients.
  • Participating in regular case consultations and contributing to peer review meetings aimed at enhancing the overall quality of care.
  • Educating patients and their families about mental health challenges, therapeutic options, and resources available in their communities to encourage informed decision-making.
  • Engaging in continuous professional development by staying current with industry research and innovations, thereby refining your therapeutic techniques and increasing treatment efficacy.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a broad spectrum of clients who present with various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and substance use issues. Your expertise will be critical in guiding these individuals and their families through challenging times while fostering resilience and progress toward their mental health goals.

Qualifications
  • A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
  • A valid and active LCSW license to practice in the state of Texas.
  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in psychotherapy, demonstrating a solid foundation in effective treatment practices.
  • Strong grasp of solution-focused therapy methodologies and an ability to adapt techniques to suit various client needs.
