Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and areas for improvement, using diagnostic tools and standardized questionnaires.
• Develop and implement effective, individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances and goals.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using various evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.
• Set clear therapeutic objectives and systematically monitor client progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Offer convenient teletherapy sessions to accommodate clients with mobility challenges or those preferring virtual interactions.
• Maintain meticulous, confidential records and documentation to comply with ethical and legal standards in mental health practice.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, courses, and training opportunities to expand clinical skills and therapeutic modalities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will primarily involve working with individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• Active and valid state license as LSCSW, LCSW, LCP, LCPC, LCMFT, or PsyD.
