As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Delivering individual psychotherapy to patients with a range of mental health disorders through innovative, evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments and developing personalized treatment plans based on established best practices and thorough patient evaluations.
• Maintaining meticulous and compliant clinical records, ensuring adherence to HIPAA and other relevant regulations, preserving client confidentiality.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and peer support specialists—to coordinate and elevate the quality of care for each patient.
• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to refine treatment approaches and share insights for continuous improvement.
• Providing patients and their families with education on mental health issues, treatment options, and available resources within the community.

In this role, you will work with a broad spectrum of patients, from adolescents to older adults, presenting various mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and more. • A **Master's degree in Social Work** from an accredited institution.
• A valid and active **Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)** license in the state of Kansas.
