• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for clients entering the detox program, developing individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Utilize solution-focused therapeutic interventions to address clients' specific mental health needs, fostering their recovery process.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and ethical practices.
• Work collaboratively with a diverse multidisciplinary team, participating in case consultations and shared decision-making to optimize client care.
• Engage in regular peer review meetings to discuss treatment efficacy and share insights, continuously improving service delivery.

As a member of our detox center, you will work with a diverse array of patients, including adults from various backgrounds seeking help with substance use disorders and associated mental health challenges. • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Possession of a valid LCSW license in the state of Kansas.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in psychotherapy, with a focus on substance use and mental health issues.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong aptitude for problem-solving.
