• Conduct initial intake assessments to determine client needs and establish treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, ensuring adherence to ethical and legal standards.
• Monitor and evaluate client outcomes, adjusting treatment approaches as needed to achieve optimal results.
• Engage in regular consultations and collaboration with team members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to enhancing the therapeutic framework of the organization.

This role primarily serves a diverse population of clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By utilizing a person-centered approach, therapists can build meaningful therapeutic relationships that foster trust and promote healing. The organization focuses particularly on supporting students in need of mental health services, thus the sessions are often funded by educational institutions, allowing therapists to focus entirely on client support.

• A master’s level degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.
• An active, unrestricted professional license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, etc.) to provide unsupervised mental health therapy.
• At least two years of relevant clinical experience in providing psychotherapy to adults.
• Demonstrated proficiency in generating intake assessments, identifying diagnoses, and developing ongoing treatment plans.
• Excellent written communication skills for documentation and record-keeping purposes.
• A clean professional record without disciplinary actions from any licensing board.
• Must be licensed to practice in the state of Georgia.

• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic techniques, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Familiarity with school-based mental health services and collaborating with educational professionals.
• Previous work experience in an outpatient office setting.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, reflective of experience and qualifications. Additionally, therapists are eligible for a sign-on bonus with their first client, along with potential bonuses based on performance. A health insurance stipend is available, contingent on meeting minimum eligibility criteria.
