• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental and emotional well-being, utilizing evidence-based practices to establish a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
• Formulate individualized treatment plans based on client evaluations, personal goals, and feedback, ensuring that treatment is both targeted and relevant.
• Provide engaging individual therapy sessions to clients of all ages, addressing an array of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.
• Facilitate couples therapy sessions focused on enhancing communication skills, resolving conflicts, and fostering deeper connections between partners.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes to support ongoing therapy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans to reflect client progress and adapt to changing needs, ensuring a responsive approach to therapy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including healthcare providers and support staff, to deliver holistic care tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Provide crisis intervention and support when clients are in acute distress or facing emergencies, demonstrating responsiveness and professionalism.
• Engage in continuous professional development, staying informed about the latest research and methodologies in marriage and family therapy.
• Advocate for clients' rights and well-being, empowering them to make informed choices about their treatment and future.
• Ensure a secure and confidential virtual therapy environment, upholding the highest ethical standards and client confidentiality.

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Your expertise will help clients navigate challenges related to mental health, relationships, and family dynamics. By providing tailored support and resources, you will empower clients to enhance their coping skills, fostering empowerment and resilience.

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.
• An active LMFT licensure through the State Board.
• A strong foundation in providing both individual and couples therapy, demonstrating an understanding of therapeutic techniques and rapport-building.
• Proficiency in completing timely assessments, maintaining accurate treatment records, and navigating electronic health record systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interactions with clients and collaborators.

• Experience working with children and families is highly valued.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and techniques to conduct effective remote sessions.
• Experience in crisis intervention and conflict resolution strategies.

The salary range for this position is competitively set between $90,000 and $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
