Job description

Remote Pc Setup Technician

The technician will be assisting customers remotely with the setup of new PCs. All new setups will be WIN 11 operating systems. They will be walking them thru the setting up of a PC and getting it connected to a network connection wired or wirelessly. Helping them with the initial login and then having them open an active browser. Assisting with a remote connection so the technician can connect and assist with the full setup of the PC. Good communication and phone skills are very important. Resource needs to have experience working WIN 10 & WIN 11. A+ certification is recommended but not necessary. Hardware experience is a big plus. Working remotely is a good possibility. This is backfill for resignation Michael Walton in a Staff Aug role.
