Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for a Specialty Services Client Advisor opportunity in Remote, Cincinnati, OH 45227. Responsibilities for Specialty Services Client Advisor include but are not limited to:

  • Acknowledge and organize incoming requests in a timely and professional manner.

  • Assist with tracking, documenting, and following up on assigned work items.

  • Support accurate data entry, file maintenance, reporting, and spreadsheet updates.

  • Use Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other Microsoft tools to complete daily tasks.

  • Communicate clearly with internal partners and team members regarding status, questions, or missing information.

  • May have limited client contact as needed to gather information, provide status updates, or support issue resolution under team guidance.

  • Follow established procedures, controls, and documentation standards.

  • Escalate unclear requests, discrepancies, or potential issues to the appropriate team member or leader.

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle information with professionalism and care.

Candidates for Specialty Services Client Advisor must meet the following requirements to be considered:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to review information for accuracy and completeness.

  • Comfortable supporting high-volume or time-sensitive work.

Pay Details: $43.33 per hour
