• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify the needs and challenges faced by each patient, ensuring tailored treatment plans are developed and executed effectively.
• Provide therapeutic interventions using various evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, helping individuals, couples, and families cope with mental health challenges.
• Lead psychoeducational groups and support sessions to facilitate discussions around common mental health themes, creating a sense of community among participants.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care while effectively coordinating treatment plans.
• Be prepared to offer guidance and support during mental health crises, employing crisis intervention techniques to stabilize patients in distress.
• Educate patients and their families about their mental health conditions, offering insight into treatment options and available resources within the community.
• Maintain meticulous, confidential documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans, adhering to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.
• Actively engage in ongoing professional development and team meetings to promote a culture of learning within the organization.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health research and therapeutic methodologies to better serve our patient demographic.

Our practice serves a wide range of clients, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and substance use issues. We are dedicated to delivering culturally and linguistically competent care, ensuring that our treatment approaches are inclusive and respectful of each patient's unique background and experiences.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• Current licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in Illinois is essential for this position.
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and therapeutic practices, with a proven ability to deliver effective treatment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients remotely.
• High level of professionalism and ethical integrity in maintaining patient confidentiality.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, providing therapy and support services to individuals or groups.
• Experience in telehealth or remote therapy delivery is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms to ensure efficient documentation and communication.
