• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand client needs and develop personalized treatment plans that address their specific mental health concerns.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Proven excellent communication and interpersonal skills; the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients is essential.
• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to therapy.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, allowing for effective caseload management.

• Experience in outpatient therapy settings is highly regarded, particularly in utilizing various treatment modalities.
• A track record of effectively managing a diverse patient caseload.
• Familiarity with telehealth systems and best practices, facilitating smooth remote patient interactions.
