• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health to accurately identify their needs and challenges.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, integrating client feedback and preferences.
• Facilitate regular therapy sessions via telehealth, utilizing effective techniques to provide support and skill-building for coping mechanisms.
• Monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving goals.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, making referrals to psychiatrists or additional support services as required.
• Document client interactions comprehensively using electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure compliance and continuity of care.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing various mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, addiction, and trauma. Understanding each client as a unique individual will optimize your effectiveness in developing relationships and achieving successful treatment outcomes.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid license to practice as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Nevada.
• A minimum of four years of direct experience in the mental health field.
• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, including evidence-based treatment approaches tailored for various demographics.
• Demonstrated ability to provide both individual and group therapy, utilizing inclusive and culturally sensitive methodologies.
• Strong crisis intervention skills and the capacity to remain composed in challenging scenarios.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building trust and rapport with clients.
• Proficiency in using EHR systems and other relevant software tools to document care accurately.
• A commitment to uphold ethical standards, professional boundaries, and client confidentiality.

Experience working in a remote therapeutic setting, particularly through digital platforms, is highly valued. Familiarity with telehealth best practices, remote engagement strategies, and a proactive approach to client outreach can be advantageous.
