Timings : 4PM-1AM Pakistan Time (PKT) to align with US business hours. 

Location: Fully remote with weekly office check ins and occasional travel for conferences and strategic meetings.

Environment: Fast-paced healthcare growth company requiring flexibility and adaptability.

Collaboration: Regular interaction with C-suite executives, healthcare providers, and technical teams.

  • Develop customized proposals and RFP responses for independently-owned healthcare businesses.
  • Manage sales pipeline using advanced CRM capabilities, tracking opportunities from initial contact through contract execution.
  • Analyse healthcare market trends, competitive landscape, and customer technical requirements to inform solution architecture.

Revenue Operations & Analytics (20%)

  • Maintain and optimize sales technology stack including Attio CRM, Apollo automation, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Generate business intelligence reports combining executive insights with sales performance data.
  • Support healthcare ROI analysis including clinical outcomes, operational efficiency gains, and administrative burden reduction.
  • Facilitate strategic account management and customer success initiatives.
    Qualifications
    • Healthcare Experience: 3+ years in healthcare operations, clinical administration, or healthcare technology.
    • Sales/Business Development: 2+ years supporting sales processes, pipeline management, or customer relationship management.
