• Conduct thorough behavioral health psychosocial assessments to evaluate patients' needs, strengths, and support systems.
• Implement evidence-based clinical interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to each patient’s unique circumstances.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team to develop individualized care plans that optimize patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress, ensuring timely follow-ups and adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
• Assist clients in navigating life changes and challenges such as health issues, relationship problems, or transitions due to the detox process.
• Actively research, advocate for, and connect clients with community resources—such as food assistance, healthcare, and social services—to enhance their overall well-being.
• Respond to crisis situations with professionalism and urgency, particularly in cases of child abuse or mental health emergencies.
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation, adhering to state and federal regulations.

The focus of this role includes working closely with individuals experiencing substance use disorders, mental health issues, and co-occurring conditions. The LCSW will play a vital role in guiding patients through detoxification, helping them navigate the challenges of early recovery while addressing underlying issues such as trauma, anxiety, and depression. A significant emphasis is placed on engaging clients from diverse backgrounds, including veterans and their families.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Current and valid California BBS Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a behavioral health setting, with proven capabilities in case management, crisis intervention, and therapeutic techniques.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in conducting psychosocial assessments, suicide risk evaluations, and responding to complex situational needs.
• Familiarity with community resources that benefit client support and recovery.

• Demonstrated ability to utilize therapeutic methodologies in individual, group, and family settings.

This full-time Clinical Social Worker position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
