Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' psychological and social needs to create tailored treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions using best practices and customized approaches effectively addressing trauma, anxiety, and depression.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and behavioral therapists, to ensure integrated care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at our rehabilitation center, you will primarily work with adults grappling with substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health conditions, and a history of trauma. Your expertise will not only provide the necessary therapeutic support but will also focus on motivating clients during their recovery journey, promoting resilience and long-term wellness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted LCSW license in Pennsylvania.
