This full-time position allows for remote work flexibility, enabling you to provide effective therapy from the comfort of your own space. While some interactions may occur via telehealth platforms, you will also have opportunities to engage in face-to-face sessions when needed. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and tailor interventions accordingly.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals, using established therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies.
• Facilitate engaging and constructive counseling sessions that foster trust and rapport.
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to monitor clients’ progress and adjust treatment approaches as necessary.
• Actively engage in quality improvement initiatives by providing feedback and suggestions to enhance program effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Your primary focus will be on a diverse clientele ranging from adolescents to adults, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Understanding the unique backgrounds and circumstances of each patient is essential in delivering holistic and effective care. This role will require sensitivity and adaptability in addressing varied patient experiences and needs while fostering a positive therapeutic alliance.

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Current licensure in California as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of two years of experience providing mental health counseling or therapy.
• Proficiency in utilizing various therapy methodologies and an eagerness to implement evidence-based practices.
• Strong communication skills with a proven ability to establish rapport and build effective relationships with clients.

• Experience working in an outpatient mental health setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and remote therapy platforms.
• Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic methods or treatment modalities are a plus.
