As an LCSW with The Core For Restored Families, your daily tasks will include:

• Conducting comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health and substance use needs.
• Delivering tailored individual, group, and family therapy sessions based on client evaluations and treatment plans.
• Connecting clients with appropriate community resources and coordinating medication assistance programs when necessary.
• Engaging in team-based collaboration to enhance care delivery and service effectiveness.
• Monitoring client progress and adapting treatment strategies to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Participating in telehealth sessions, utilizing secure digital platforms to maintain confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
• Documenting client interactions and maintaining up-to-date records in our electronic health record (EHR) system.

Your role will primarily focus on supporting individuals and families coping with various mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related conditions, and substance use disorders. You will cultivate trusting relationships that empower clients to share their experiences, helping them to navigate obstacles and pursue recovery with dignity and respect.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• A current and active LCSW license to practice in Oregon.
• Demonstrated skill in conducting clinical assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing effective therapy.
• Exceptional communication abilities, both verbal and written, fostering strong therapeutic relationships and collaboration with team members.

While not mandatory, candidates with the following experiences will be given preference:

• At least 2 years of work experience in mental health settings, particularly with families or in a hospice care context.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and digital health interventions.
• Experience in a multidisciplinary team environment, contributing to holistic care approaches.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our robust benefits package includes:
