• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals and groups, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities suitable for diverse client needs.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique circumstances, ensuring the integration of best practices and continuous evaluation of progress.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary remote care team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and other social workers, to ensure holistic patient care and optimize treatment outcomes.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical documentation, complying with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines while using designated electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed, utilizing strong assessment skills to respond to urgent situations while ensuring patient safety and support.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to uphold clinical excellence and stay abreast of advancements in the field.

The primary focus of this role is to work with a diverse array of clients who are experiencing mental health challenges, particularly those undergoing detoxification processes. Greater Change Behavioral Health serves individuals from various backgrounds, many of whom may be navigating addiction, trauma, and other psychological disorders. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Possession of an active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in Massachusetts.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience in mental health or addiction services.
• Professional proficiency in diagnostic assessment and treatment planning.
• Excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on cultural competence, empathy, and active listening.

• Experience working in a telehealth environment or knowledge of teletherapy best practices.

Greater Change Behavioral Health offers a competitive salary range between $70,000 and $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to the salary, employees are provided with:
