Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patientsโ€™ mental health status, which includes emotional, behavioral, and social evaluations to inform treatment decisions.
  • Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans that are evidence-based and culturally sensitive, while actively involving patients and their families in the treatment process.
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including school counselors, educators, psychiatrists, and primary care physicians, to create a comprehensive support system for each student.
