• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather detailed information about clients’ mental health concerns and personal strengths, thereby forming a foundation for their treatment journey.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care, in individual, family, and group therapy settings.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that outline clear goals and actionable interventions, while regularly monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate client-centered care, ensuring that all aspects of clients’ mental health needs are met.
• Offer crisis intervention and safety planning when necessary, prioritizing clients' immediate well-being and risk management.
• Document all relevant interactions and treatment details promptly and accurately in compliance with organizational and regulatory guidelines.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psycho-educational classes aimed at fostering community support and shared learning among clients.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Roubicek and Thacker, you will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing conditions such as depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related disorders, and life transitions associated with hospice care. Your expertise will be vital in helping clients navigate their unique mental health journeys, providing a supportive space where they can explore their feelings and develop coping strategies. You will be instrumental in fostering resilience within clients, promoting their overall well-being and quality of life throughout their treatment.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health or outpatient setting.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and a solid understanding of various treatment approaches.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective engagement with clients, family members, and colleagues.

• Experience working in a hospice or palliative care setting, with a focus on mental health support.
• Additional certifications in therapeutic modalities such as trauma-focused therapy or grief counseling.
