• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health statuses and emotional wellness.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique needs and therapeutic goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies, in individual, family, and group therapy settings.
• Consistently monitor and document clients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment approaches to ensure the best outcomes.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their safety and potential pathways to calm.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Collaborate proactively with a multidisciplinary team—including psychiatrists, social workers, and community resource specialists—to deliver comprehensive client care.
• Engage in ongoing education and training to stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health treatment practices.
• Participate in regular supervision sessions to refine clinical skills and receive constructive feedback.
• Uphold ethical standards and professional conduct as mandated by relevant licensing boards.

You will serve a diverse array of clients, including individuals facing chronic mental health disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse issues. Your compassionate approach will significantly contribute to creating a safe and trusting therapeutic environment where clients are encouraged to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and intervention strategies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective rapport-building with clients and colleagues.

• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
• In-depth knowledge of ethical guidelines and legal standards governing mental health practice.

A minimum of three years of clinical experience in a related field is essential, providing you with a strong foundation in mental health practices and allowing you to navigate complex patient scenarios with confidence.
