• Conduct thorough clinical assessments for individuals seeking mental health support, and develop tailored treatment plans that align with best practices.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to effectively address and manage patient concerns.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and counselors, to deliver comprehensive care to patients.
• Engage with patients and their families, providing psychoeducation and support to facilitate understanding of mental health conditions and treatment options.
• Stay informed about current mental health research, treatment methodologies, and it’s application to clinical practice to enhance the quality of care.

As an LCSW in our remote outpatient clinic, you will work with a broad spectrum of clients, ranging from children to adults, each facing unique mental health challenges. Our patient population may include individuals experiencing mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and adjustment issues, necessitating a tailored approach to treatment. Your role will be crucial in fostering therapeutic relationships that promote healing and growth.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required for this position.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Kansas is mandatory.
• In-depth knowledge of solution-focused psychotherapy techniques and evidence-based practices in mental health treatment.
• Strong communication skills, coupled with effective problem-solving abilities, are essential for engaging with diverse patient populations and collaborating with healthcare teams.

• Previous experience providing therapy in an outpatient setting, preferably with a focus on mental health.
• Experience with telehealth services and remote patient engagement strategies.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation practices related to mental healthcare.
