Working remotely in patent law for biomedical engineering often requires effective communication across interdisciplinary teams, including inventors, engineers, and legal professionals. One common challenge is staying up-to-date with rapidly evolving biomedical technologies while ensuring thorough prior art searches and accurate patent drafting.
