The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for outbound prospecting to generate qualified leads and schedule product demos for the sales team.
Success in this role requires exceptional communication skills, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset to drive a high volume of personalized outreach while maintaining quality.
Must be passionately curious, and driven beyond measure.

Candidates must be located in PST, MST, or CST to ensure better coverage of the time zones where our potential clients are located.
Key Responsibilities
  • High-Volume Outreach:
- Initiate personalized outreach through multiple channels (email, calls, LinkedIn).
- Manage daily activity targets, including call and email volumes.

  • Prospect Research:
- Identify and segment prospects that match the ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).
- Tailor outreach efforts based on research and segmentation.

  • Demo Scheduling:
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to uncover pain points and align solutions, culminating in scheduled demos.
- Ensure handoffs to Account Executives are seamless and well-documented.

  • Pipeline Management:
- Maintain an organized pipeline in the CRM, tracking engagement and follow-ups.
Required Hard Skills
  • Outreach Tools:
- Experience with tools like Orum, LinkedIn, Gong, etc.

  • CRM Expertise:
- Proficient in HubSpot for tracking outreach and reporting metrics.

  • Communication:
- Strong written and verbal communication, including crafting compelling outreach emails.
