Job description

Artisan Chiropractic Clinic is seeking a professional Virtual Assistant Agency to provide ongoing bilingual (English/Spanish) administrative and patient communication support for our multi-location chiropractic practice in the DMV area.
This is a remote partnership opportunity for an agency capable of staffing coverage during our operating hours.
Required Coverage
Monday Friday: 8:00 AM 7:00 PM (Eastern Time)
Saturday: 8:00 AM 1:30 PM (Eastern Time)
Agency staff may operate from any time zone, provided quality coverage aligns with Eastern Time.
Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
Agency must provide bilingual English & Spanish-speaking virtual assistants
Strong verbal communication skills
Experience in healthcare, medical scheduling, or chiropractic offices preferred
Ability to handle high call volumes professionally
Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant communication practices
Experience using EHR systems (ChiroTouch preferred; training provided)
Ability to generate daily/weekly activity reports
Scope of Responsibilities
Agency-provided VAs will be responsible for:
Answering inbound calls for multiple clinic locations
Scheduling patients (health insurance, personal injury, cash patients)
Understanding deductibles and copays (training provided)
Managing and updating appointment calendars
Calling patients from floating lists to schedule appointments
Responding to text messages
Communicating urgent updates to clinic offices (e.g., late arrivals)
Documenting all communication accurately in ChiroTouch
Providing regular reporting on:

Appointments scheduled
Follow-up outcomes
