You will work with individuals and families navigating complex challenges at the end-of-life stage, impacting mental health significantly. Your role will be critical in providing empathy, understanding, and tailored interventions that can help these clients navigate their emotions and experiences.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
  • Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Demonstrate strong cultural competence and a commitment to working inclusively with diverse populations.
  • Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving abilities, specifically in emotional and sensitive contexts.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in community mental health, hospice care, or similar settings is preferred and will be viewed favorably.
  • A background in working with end-of-life issues and providing emotional support to patients and families is highly regarded.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
