Remote Partner Enablement information

What is a remote partner enablement?

A Remote Partner Enablement role focuses on equipping business partners, such as resellers or distributors, with the tools, resources, and training they need to effectively sell and support an organization's products or services, all while working remotely. This role typically involves developing and delivering virtual training sessions, creating digital resource materials, and providing ongoing support to partners. The goal is to ensure partners are knowledgeable, confident, and empowered to drive mutual business success, even when collaborating from different locations.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a remote partner enablement?

To excel as a Remote Partner Enablement Specialist, you need a background in sales enablement, partner management, and strong knowledge of the products or services being supported, often complemented by a bachelor's degree in business or a related field. Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce, learning management systems (LMS), and virtual collaboration tools such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams is typically required. Outstanding communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills are crucial for facilitating effective training and support in a virtual environment. These capabilities ensure partners are well-equipped, engaged, and aligned with company goals, driving mutual success and growth.

What are some common challenges faced in a remote partner enablement role, and how can they be addressed?

One common challenge in a Remote Partner Enablement role is effectively engaging and training partners across diverse time zones and cultures. Communication barriers and lack of face-to-face interaction can also make it harder to build strong relationships and ensure consistent messaging. To address these issues, professionals often leverage digital enablement platforms, schedule flexible training sessions, and use a variety of communication tools to foster collaboration and feedback. Proactively seeking input from partners and regularly sharing tailored resources can also help build trust and drive better engagement.

  • Monitor key performance indicators such as transcript usability, scoring accuracy, calibration consistency, and issue trends.
  • Define and maintain standards for acceptable quality outputs across operational, coaching, analytics, and compliance-related use cases.
  • Create practical guidelines for how quality output should be used, reviewed, and validated with a hybrid quality model of human and AI.
  • Maintain documentation, controls, issue tracking, and governance practices for quality enablement workflows.
  • Translate quality data and conversation trends into actionable insights for Operations, Claims, Training, Marketing, and Customer Insights.
  • Identify customer pain points, service friction, coaching opportunities, and process improvement themes.
  • Develop and present scorecards, dashboards, and business updates that demonstrate performance, adoption, and value realization.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight for a team supporting Quality Management and enablement workflows.
  • Set priorities, assign work, monitor quality of output, and ensure timely follow-up on issues and enhancements.
  • Coach and develop team members to build consistency, accountability, and capability.
  • Support a collaborative, service-oriented, and improvement-focused team environment.
  • Oversee business-side configuration, workflow optimization, and operational support for quality enablement tools and processes.
  • Ensure updates, enhancements, and changes are tested, documented, and communicated effectively.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What YOU will bring to C&F:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience is required, preferably in quality assurance, contact center operations, claims operations, business analytics, or related operational functions.
  • 2+ years of experience in leading people is required.
  • Insurance industry experience required.
  • Experience with quality monitoring tools, speech analytics, conversation intelligence platforms, or operational dashboards required.
  • Experience evaluating transcripts, summaries, classifications, automated scoring, or similar outputs required.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate findings into clear business language.
  • Ability to define standards, measure outcomes, and drive adoption across teams.
  • Leadership and accountability
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
