Summary
HII-Mission Technologies is seeking a remote part time Senior Program Manager to support a newly won contract.
What You Will Do
  • Support day-to-day management of administration and operational tasks under the direction of the STINGRAI Business Operations Lead
  • Support day-to-day internal business processes across functional departments.
  • Assist in project coordination, logistics, recruiting, and procurement of resources and management.
  • Support execution of all subcontracts on STINGRAI.
  • Collaborate and coordinate across the task order with internal and external stakeholders, interface with and spearhead communications across multiple internal business areas to ensure pertinent stakeholder involvement.
  • Support aspects of program administrative and financial management, with principal responsibilities including financial reporting and control, contract, subcontractor and security management, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs),presentation templates, continuous improvement initiatives, and portal content.
  • Responsible for developing and disseminating templates to standardize administrative aspects of project set-up and execution.
  • Interface with the Program Support Office (PSO) to ensure subcontractors are provided onboarding training and support to ensure compliance with AAS policies and accuracy of RIPs, TARs, Trip Reports, and invoicing.
  • Coordinate the functional matrixed support, providing clear direction, oversight, and accountability in coordination with shared services leadership, escalating issues early and often.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

What We Are Looking For
  • 8 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 6 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 12 years relevant progressive experience.
  • Experience in project management of defense contracts.
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
  • Build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus and achieve objectives.
  • Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.
  • Demonstrated communication skills, both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff, all levels of management.
  • Flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

Preferred: Bonus Points For...
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in DoD contracting, munitions response, or defense technology programs.
  • Clearance: Possess and maintains a minimum of a Secret clearance.
  • Proven success in leading large-scale federal contracts and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong understanding of FAR/DFAR compliance, proposal development, and contract execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate emerging technologies into operational environments.
  • Extensive experience in joint command operations.
  • Project Manager Professional (PMP) Certification.
