- Assist with proposal preparation, editing, and formatting.
- Coordinate resumes, project descriptions, and qualifications packages.
- Support compliance reviews of RFPs, RFQs, and task order solicitations.
- Assist with marketing materials, capability statements, and presentations.
- Maintain proposal databases and document libraries.
- Senior-level undergraduate, graduate student, or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, Business, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organization.
- Proficiency in Adobe PDF Writer, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Graphic software skills e.g. Canva a plus.
- PT 15-20 hours / week remote
- Pay: $20-30 / hour commensuarte with skills and expereince
- Preferred Location: Maryland or Flexible
