Key Responsibilities

- Provide on-demand ("on-call") therapeutic support for patients attending MAT appointments
- Review and interpret standardized assessment tools, including BAM-R, PHQ-9, Social Determinants of Health, and Patient Satisfaction Surveys

- Collaborate with patients to identify barriers to recovery and connect them with appropriate internal or external services
- Document clinical interactions and relevant findings in accordance with organizational standards
- Communicate clinically relevant insights to the care team as appropriate
- Participate in feedback loops to refine and improve the MBC pilot model

Compensation: $40-$50 per hour

Reporting Structure

Reports To:

- Proficiency in Motivational Interviewing and brief therapy models
- Experience with measurement-based care or outcomes-informed treatment preferred
