About the Role

Crabtree Law Firm is growing, and we're adding a Paralegal to support our expanding litigation team. Although this role is fully remote, candidates must live in the Greater Phoenix Area.

As a Paralegal, you'll work alongside attorneys to keep complex construction defect cases moving forward. You'll manage deadlines, prepare legal documents, coordinate with experts, and maintain organized case files in a fast-paced litigation environment. If you're highly organized, proactive, and thrive in a role where accuracy and accountability matter, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

  • Support attorneys with case preparation, document management, and deadline tracking
  • Draft pleadings and legal documents under attorney direction
  • Maintain homeowner matrices and organize case files (training provided)
  • Coordinate with expert witnesses and other case-related professionals
  • Monitor deadlines and proactively communicate case updates with attorneys
  • Utilize Clio and other firm systems to keep matters organized and moving efficiently

What You Bring

  • Civil litigation experience required; construction defect and/or insurance defense experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with Clio or similar legal practice management software
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines
