• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans for clients seeking counseling services.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting each approach to client needs.

Your role will involve working with a wide range of clients who present with various mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Florida.

• Strong comprehension of ethical guidelines and legal standards related to counseling.
