• Conduct in-depth initial assessments to understand clients’ mental health histories, concerns, and objectives. For example, this could involve utilizing structured interviews and psychological assessments to gain a clearer picture of their emotional and psychological well-being.
• Develop tailored treatment plans that align with individual client goals, ensuring that interventions are relevant, measurable, and achievable. This may include creating specific therapeutic goals for clients seeking to manage anxiety or to work through traumatic experiences.
• Provide evidence-based individual therapy to adult clients, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to effectively address various mental health conditions.
• Engage in crisis intervention as necessary, offering immediate support for clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies to ensure their safety and well-being.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients via teletherapy, adapting approaches as needed to accommodate changes in their mental health status or life situations.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, such as attending workshops and training sessions, to stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in mental health care.

Your primary focus will be on adult clients with varying mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • Must hold a valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport and trust with clients effectively.
• A compassionate, empathetic attitude paired with a non-judgmental approach to client interactions.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to efficiently manage your caseload.
• No prior history of disciplinary actions against your license.

• Proven experience in providing therapy in a clinical setting is a plus.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote therapy practices is preferred, given the remote nature of the position.
• Experience working with a diverse client population enhances your ability to relate to and support varied backgrounds and mental health issues.
