As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual counseling sessions through video conferencing to assess and improve clients' mental health status.
• Facilitating open discussions with clients about their emotions, experiences, and relationships, helping them gain valuable personal insights.
• Actively advocating for your clients’ needs and assisting them in setting actionable and achievable therapeutic goals.
• Utilizing your clinical expertise to evaluate clients’ mental health conditions and formulating comprehensive treatment plans that employ evidence-based and solution-focused methodologies.

Your clients will predominantly be pre-screened, stable adults with low acuity mental health needs, ensuring a manageable caseload that allows for meaningful therapeutic relationships. By connecting with individuals who align with your specialties and demographic preferences, you can provide targeted care that enhances client outcomes and satisfaction.

Applicants must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Full, unrestricted licensure as a mental health professional, including one of the following:
  • Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• No disciplinary actions or provisional licenses.
• Proficiency in making professional evaluations, effective decision-making for treatment planning, and implementation.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to client interactions.
• Competency in using computer systems and remote counseling platforms.

While not required, experience in the field of mental health counseling, particularly in virtual settings, will be considered an asset. Familiarity with various therapeutic approaches will enhance your ability to connect with our diverse client base.

The compensation for this position is highly competitive, ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, dependent on hours worked. Additional benefits include:
