In this role, you will undertake various responsibilities that critically impact the well-being of your clients, including:

• Conducting ethical and compassionate individual therapy sessions via secure video conferencing.
• Utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Developing personalized treatment plans that outline the goals and strategies for client progress.
• Engaging clients in insightful discussions to help them understand their experiences, emotions, and interpersonal dynamics.
• Monitoring client progress over time and adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure effective outcomes.
• Facilitating the development of healthy coping strategies and life skills in clients.

You will work primarily with stable, low acuity adults presenting with a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and stress management. By providing accessible and effective care, your efforts will contribute directly to improving their quality of life, enhancing their coping mechanisms, and fostering their overall well-being.

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Possess a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Hold a full and unrestricted license to practice independently, which may include:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• No limited or provisional licenses and no history of disciplinary actions.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and an empathetic demeanor.
• Exhibit strong computer literacy, being comfortable with digital tools and telehealth formats.

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in telehealth services and those familiar with solution-focused therapy approaches will be preferred. Your ability to adapt quickly to an online environment will be greatly valued.
