• Conduct ethical and compassionate counseling sessions via secure video chat, ensuring a supportive environment for clients.
• Utilize solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to individual client needs, fostering effective outcomes.
• Create and manage personalized treatment plans, addressing specific client goals and tracking progress throughout the treatment process.
• Help clients gain insights into their experiences, feelings, and relationships, employing empathy and understanding in all interactions.
• Support clients in developing healthy coping mechanisms, ensuring they feel equipped to manage their mental health outside of sessions.

Your primary focus will be on stable, low-acuity adults who present with a variety of mental health needs. The goal of your work will be to assist these individuals in overcoming personal challenges, enhancing their coping strategies, and achieving overall improvements in their mental health and quality of life. You will work with clients from diverse backgrounds, allowing you to apply your cultural competence and adapt your approach based on individual circumstances.

• Must possess a Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A valid, fully licensed designation (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) is required, enabling you to practice independently without supervision.
• No provisional licenses or disciplinary actions are permitted; integrity and professional conduct are essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy, patience, and active listening abilities.
• Proficiency with technology, including telehealth platforms and basic computer software, is necessary for effective communication and record-keeping.

• Experience in telehealth or remote counseling is beneficial but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
• Exposure to diverse client populations and a variety of mental health issues is an advantage.
• Familiarity with solution-based therapies will be useful in developing treatment strategies.

We are proud to offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
