• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat, utilizing a solution-based approach to improve the mental health of clients.
• Encourage open dialogue with clients to explore their emotions and experiences, fostering self-insight and personal growth.
• Act as an advocate for clients, assisting them in defining their treatment goals and providing guidance on skill development.

Your client caseload will consist of pre-screened, stable adults exhibiting low-acuity mental health needs. • Active and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate effective therapeutic relationships.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach in all client interactions.
• Strong organizational capabilities and time management skills that enable efficient practice management.
