• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as part of the assessment process to ensure accurate and effective treatment strategies are employed.
• Participate in the creation and implementation of crisis intervention plans and positive behavior support plans, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation that meets regulatory standards in a timely manner, tracking client progress and treatment outcomes.
• Act as a liaison with relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to facilitate comprehensive care and support for clients.
• Engage in regular supervision sessions to enhance your clinical skills and ensure compliance with licensing and accreditation processes.
• Promote and integrate the agency's mission, values, and practices through active participation in community outreach initiatives and the cultivation of professional relationships.
• Attend ongoing training sessions, conferences, and meetings to stay up-to-date with advancements in the field and share insights with the clinical team.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

The clients you will serve through Frontier Counseling Services include individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, from emotional and behavioral disorders to substance abuse issues and developmental disabilities. • A Master’s Degree in a relevant mental health field is a prerequisite for this position.
