• Engage directly with clients through virtual sessions, providing psychotherapy to address symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop customized, integrated care plans that ensure the best outcomes for each client.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, contributing to shared goals and improving service delivery through effective teamwork.
• Monitor client progress, providing ongoing therapy and adjusting treatment plans based on evolving needs and feedback.
• Provide crisis intervention support, employing appropriate strategies to assist clients in acute situations.
• Participate actively in team meetings and case reviews, contributing to agency quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational policies.

Your primary focus will be on clients experiencing significant mental health challenges, including those within hospice care who may struggle with grief, anxiety, or depression. Understanding the unique challenges faced by these individuals is critical, as many come from diverse backgrounds and represent various cultural and socio-economic realities. Your role will be crucial in creating a safe space where clients feel understood and supported during some of the most challenging times of their lives.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Tennessee.
• Demonstrated expertise in assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and crisis intervention within mental health contexts.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients, families, and team members.
• Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage a caseload efficiently, ensuring timely care delivery.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health or hospice setting preferred.
• Experience working with diverse populations, particularly within medically underserved communities.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and integrated care approaches.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
