• Conduct comprehensive virtual mental health evaluations to assess clients' needs and challenges.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Stronger Together Counseling, LLC, you will work primarily with pre-screened clients presenting low acuity needs. This focus allows you to implement effective therapeutic strategies without the challenges of high-need crisis cases. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, seeking help for various concerns, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship issues. Your role will be integral in facilitating their journey towards improved mental health.

• A Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.
• Possession of current licensure in Tennessee (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) without any disciplinary history.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating competence in therapeutic skills and client engagement.

• Experience working in a telehealth environment or comfort with utilizing technology for service delivery.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and contemporary therapeutic approaches.

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from $100,000 to $110,000 annually, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package that includes full healthcare coverage (medical, dental, vision) and a 401(k) retirement savings plan.
