• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Implement evidence-based treatment strategies and interventions tailored to assist clients in overcoming addiction and related challenges.
• Provide individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, engaging clients with appropriate therapeutic techniques and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including medical professionals and social workers, to ensure holistic care for clients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision and professional development to enhance skills and stay current with best practices.

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.
• An active and independent LMHC license in the state of Florida.

• Familiarity with telehealth systems and remote counseling techniques.
