• Provide and document comprehensive therapeutic services, including assessments, evaluations, and individualized treatment plans, aligned with clinical standards and administrative protocols.
• Contribute actively in team consultations and peer supervision sessions, fostering an environment of continuous professional development and collaboration.
• Engage in multidisciplinary groups and committees tasked with enhancing clinical practices and optimizing business processes.
• Deliver specialized clinical services related to various programs and projects, adjusting to the diverse needs of our clients.
• Meet individual and department productivity goals, including specified metrics and Key Performance Indicators that drive quality of care.
• Consistently embody and advocate for the organization’s mission and values through professional behavior and compliance with organizational policies.

The LPC will work with a varied client population, ranging from adolescents to adults experiencing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and chronic health issues. We embrace a holistic approach focused on cultural competency and sensitivity, ensuring that each client feels understood and supported in their unique circumstances.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field is required, along with 1-2 years of clinical internship experience.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado is mandatory.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move items weighing up to 25 pounds as needed.
• Specific vision capabilities required include close vision for accurate documentation and patient assessment.

• Certification in EMDR therapy or experience with other evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Experience in health psychology, particularly pertaining to chronic health issues or pain management.
• Previous involvement in multidisciplinary collaboration, showcasing a commitment to integrated care approaches.
