Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans addressing each client's specific mental health needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, to promote client healing and growth.
• Provide support to clients in various formats, including one-on-one counseling, group therapy, and family therapy, with a focus on building a solid therapeutic rapport.
• Document clinical sessions meticulously in our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Regularly participate in professional development opportunities, including workshops and training sessions, to stay abreast of the latest research and refined practices in mental health.
• Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to discuss treatment interventions and client progress at interdisciplinary meetings.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our counseling practice reaches diverse populations, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse issues, and relationship challenges. As an LPC with Holistic Living Counseling P.C., you will play a vital role in addressing barriers to mental health care for clients who often have limited access to such services.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Current and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting, showcasing proficiency in therapeutic interventions.
• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards pertinent to mental health practice.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate the establishment of trust and rapport with a diverse clientele.
