  • Assist in the development of supplier capacity expansion program plans, related proposals, and support negotiation of subsequent subcontracts. Influence and validate supplier budget and schedule baselines using the Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
  • Owns SCM financial reporting needed to report variance to baseline, like material EAC (estimate at completion) reports, material forecasts, and CAM (cost account management) inputs using various software applications.
  • Mentor less senior personnel in establishing priorities and coordinating program activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant supply chain experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related supply chain experience. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of prior related supply chain experience.

  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets and negotiating contracts over $100M within the defense acquisition environment (i.e subject to stringent regulatory requirement such as FAR/DFARS, AS9100, MDA CUI, SPRS, etc) preferred.
  • Direct experience supporting solid rocket motor programs or new supplier/material qualifications under schedule pressures preferred.
  • Direct experience working on capital expansion or capital expenditure projects deployed to meet rapid growth targets preferred.
