• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health status through in-depth interviews and standardized assessment tools.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet clients' specific needs and goals.
• Provide ongoing therapeutic support through regular sessions, utilizing a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques.
• Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective care delivery.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, providing a safe environment for clients to share experiences and coping strategies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to ensure comprehensive patient care through appropriate referrals and resource-sharing.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records using our electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

Our clients represent a diverse range of backgrounds and mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and stress management. The therapist's role is critical in building trust and rapport with clients from varied cultural contexts, ensuring they receive the compassionate and tailored care they deserve.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A valid mental health licensure (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW) in the state of California.
• Minimum of two years of post-graduate clinical experience in mental health counseling.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapy practices, including a strong cultural competence.
• Experience conducting assessments and delivering therapy to both individuals and groups with a focus on inclusivity and responsiveness.
• Demonstrated crisis intervention skills and the ability to navigate challenging situations with professionalism and calmness.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to foster connections with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Experience working in outpatient settings or community mental health environments.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems for documentation and patient management.
